
Pipeline Revive – Terms of Service
Effective Date: 1/1/25
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Pipeline Revive (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, submitting data, or accepting a live transfer call, you (“Client,” “Broker,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
Pipeline Revive provides performance-based lead reactivation services. The Company re-engages previously generated leads supplied by the Client and, when appropriate, live transfers qualified prospects directly to the Client.
The Company does not generate new advertising leads under this service. We operate exclusively on reactivation and re-engagement of Client-provided data unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Live Transfer Definition
A “Live Transfer” is defined as:
A real-time, live phone call
Between a re-engaged prospect and the Client
Initiated by Pipeline Revive
Where the prospect confirms active interest in receiving a moving quote
A call qualifies as billable once:
The prospect is connected live to the Client’s designated phone line, and
The Client accepts the transfer.
Call duration does not determine billability.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Clients are billed per qualified live transfer.
Pricing is agreed upon in writing prior to service commencement.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Pipeline Revive reserves the right to adjust pricing with 14 days written notice.
4. No Guarantee of Conversion
Pipeline Revive guarantees live connection, not booking or revenue.
We do not guarantee:
That a prospect will book a move
That a prospect will meet specific job size requirements
That a prospect will convert into revenue
Closing responsibility remains solely with the Client.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide accurate, lawful, and permission-based lead data.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including TCPA regulations.
Maintain adequate staffing to receive live transfer calls.
Not misrepresent or mistreat transferred prospects.
Client acknowledges that Pipeline Revive is not responsible for poor closing performance or internal sales process failures.
6. Dispute Policy
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the live transfer.
Disputes must include:
Call recording (if available)
Specific reason for dispute
Failure to dispute within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the transfer.
Pipeline Revive retains sole discretion in determining validity of disputes.
Invalid dispute examples include:
Prospect did not book
Prospect price shopped
Prospect requested a competitor quote
Prospect changed their mind
7. Refund Policy
All live transfer fees are non-refundable once the call is completed and accepted.
No refunds will be issued for:
Failure to close
No-shows
Customer indecision
Internal operational issues
8. Data Usage & Compliance
Client warrants that all leads provided:
Were lawfully collected
Include proper consent for contact
Comply with all applicable privacy and communication laws
Pipeline Revive is not liable for improper data acquisition by Client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pipeline Revive’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client in the previous 30 days.
We are not liable for:
Lost revenue
Lost profits
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Pipeline Revive operates as an independent contractor.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
Partnership
Joint venture
Employment relationship
Agency relationship
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.
Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
12. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New York, unless otherwise agreed.
Client agrees:
No class actions
No jury trials
Individual arbitration only
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
13. Modifications
Pipeline Revive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
